Welcome to LQRLAB (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing any products from LQRLAB, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

By placing an order with LQRLAB, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and legally permitted to purchase and consume alcohol under Malaysian law.

We reserve the right to request valid identification upon delivery to verify age. Our delivery partners may refuse to complete delivery if age verification cannot be satisfactorily provided or if the recipient is underage.

Ordering & Payment

All purchases must be made through:

• Our official website, or

• Our authorised customer support channels

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit and Debit Cards

• FPX Online Banking

• Cash Deposit Machine (CDM)

• Major e-wallets including Boost, GrabPay, and Touch ’n Go

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Orders are deemed confirmed only after full payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order in cases of payment failure, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

Delivery Policy

LQRLAB provides delivery services across West Malaysia, including expedited delivery options for selected areas.

Delivery Timeframes

• Orders paid before 2:00 PM within eligible areas may qualify for same-day delivery

• Deliveries are typically completed between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM, subject to traffic, weather, and order volume

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered on the next business day

• Standard delivery outside expedited zones typically arrives within two to five working days

Delivery Charges

• Expedited / Fast Delivery: RM25 flat rate

• Complimentary fast delivery for orders above RM1,250

• Standard Delivery (outside fast delivery zones): RM30 flat rate

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided are accurate and complete. Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional delivery charges.

Delivery personnel reserve the right to refuse delivery if the recipient:

• Is underage

• Is unable to provide valid identification

• Appears intoxicated or unfit to receive alcohol

Refunds & Returns

All sales are final.

Returns or refunds are only considered if the product received is:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incorrect

Any such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

To qualify for investigation, customers must provide a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video, recorded from the unopened parcel through full inspection of the contents. Claims without a complete unboxing video will not be entertained.

Refund Processing

• Card payments (e.g. Stripe): refunded to the original payment method, subject to bank processing timelines (typically five to ten working days)

• Bank transfers: processed within five working days

All refund requests are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis.

Promotions & Discounts

LQRLAB may offer promotional codes, vouchers, or discounts from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including:

• Validity periods

• Minimum spend requirements

• Product exclusions

We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion without prior notice.

Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, pricing, alcohol content, sizes, and images are accurate and up to date. However:

• Product images are for illustration purposes only

• Actual packaging may vary

• Limited edition or rare items are subject to availability

LQRLAB reserves the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies without prior notice.

Responsible Consumption

By purchasing from LQRLAB, you acknowledge your responsibility to consume alcohol safely and responsibly.

We do not promote excessive drinking and support responsible alcohol consumption in accordance with Malaysian laws and guidelines.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LQRLAB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, possession, or consumption of our products.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws relating to alcohol purchase, possession, and consumption.

Intellectual Property

All content on the LQRLAB website, including but not limited to:

• Logos

• Branding

• Product descriptions

• Images

• Graphics and text

remains the exclusive property of LQRLAB. Any reproduction, modification, or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
